AAAlcoholics Anonymous/Al-Anon
Meets every Thursday night at 8 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, with approximately 35-40 in attendance.

 

Blood Drive
Four times each year, the church hosts a blood drive with Virginia
Blood Services.

Christmas in August
Church-wide project collects school supplies for needy families in our community.

     Mechanicsville churches working together to help our community. Examples of items needed for Food Pantry— non-perishable food, cleaning products, and toiletries; Clothes Closets–new socks and new underwear (sizes 14, 16, and 18) for older boys, diapers of any size, clothes for adults, teens, children, and infants; Linen Closet–bath towels and wash cloths (new or gently used), queen-sized sheets.

Raceway Ministry
In the spring and the fall, we supply homemade cookies to Raceway attenders and workers.

State Fair Workers
Hospitality bags prepared for workers with socks and toiletry items.
